You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

Pick up point will be at the hotel lobby area driver will be holding a sign with the company logo. The driver will take you to the airport and drop you off at the departure area. For arrival the driver will be at the entrance of the arrival area with a sign with the company logo. When you get to the vehicle you will receive a bottle of room temperature water. Along the way if you need a stop to get food or anything just notify your driver upon pickup.

Drop-off point
This activity ends in a different location. You can choose from multiple locations at checkout.

What to expect

Transportation from Resort to Airport and from Airport to Resort. At the airport the driver will be standing with a sign with the company logo. He will transport you to the resort. On the way there if you want to stop and get a drink or food just say it to the driver upon pick up. Along the way there will be a few excursion spots driver will tell you about them to make planning your excursions a bit easier because in that way you have an idea of the duration of them from your resort.
