What to expect

Embark on a half-day immersion into the 2,000-year-old wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This holistic system balances the body's vital energy (Qi) to stimulate its innate healing abilities and promote lasting wellness. Move beyond a simple spa treatment and step into a personalized journey of diagnosis, balance, and empowerment. Over 4.5 hours at Silver Root Apothecary, you will be guided on a personalized path to balance through these authentic, hands-on experiences:

- Welcome & Herbal Tea: Begin with a calming tea ritual. Savor a seasonal, herbal TCM tea blend and learn about its healing properties.
- TCM Consultation: In a private session, a seasoned practitioner will use pulse and tongue diagnosis to reveal insights into your unique body constitution and imbalances.
- Restorative Acupuncture: Receive a personalized acupuncture session to restore your Qi's flow and induce healing.
- Meridian Massage Mallet Crafting: Build and fill your own massage mallet with dried mugwort, then learn meridian tapping techniques to take home.
- Mugwort Foot Massage: Conclude at our partner TCM spa with a foot massage using therapeutic mugwort compresses to ground and revitalize you.
