The pick-up process starts at 8:30 and continues until around 9:00, as we pick up passengers from different locations. We kindly ask that you be at your selected pick-up location by 08:30 AM. It is important that we have your email address on file so that we can send you an email 30 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. This email will contain a description of our vehicle, including a photo and the license plate number. We will also provide the name of the guide in the email. Our driver-guide will always stop, get out of the vehicle, and look for it. He will not leave the pick-up point unless he cannot find it. If you are staying in the city center and do not find your hotel name listed, it will be necessary for you to use the designated bus stop for your specific accommodation. These bus stops were created by the City of Reykjavik to limit the traffic of buses and larger vehicles on the sometimes narrow streets of the older parts of Reykjavik.
