Next we visit our 2nd winery to enjoy a delicious meal paired with the local wines. Indulge in traditional Greek dishes featuring fresh ingredients from the island, paired with a selection of wines produced by them.

Parts of Santorini are built on steep streets which makes parking very difficult or impossible. For this reason, there may be instances where we cannot access your specific hotel, but we will try and get as close to your hotel as possible. We will send you the correct instructions and pick-up point after your booking.

The winery was founded by Haridimos Hatzidakis and Konstantina Chryssou in 1997, with a commitment to producing wines that reflect the unique terroir of Santorini. They cultivate indigenous grape varieties such as Assyrtiko, Aidani, Athiri, and Mavrotragano, with a focus on organic and biodynamic viticulture practices. We will guide you into the winery and explain the process of producing wines. We will explain you each wine of the tasting!

Anhydrous winery is located in Fira, it's one of the notable wineries on the island of Santorini. Apostolos Mountrichas the owner is one of the new winemakers on Santorini. Anhydrous means “without water” that reflects the land of the island. The wine tasting area is amphitheatric because it used to be an open air cinema! You will enjoy Greek lunch, each course will be paired with local wines!
