What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Hotel pickup is available from Livingstone (Zambia) and Victoria Falls town (Zimbabwe). Pickup times vary and will be confirmed the day before the activity.
Please be ready at your hotel reception 10–15 minutes prior to pickup. A valid passport is required, and travelers are responsible for obtaining the correct visa. Drop-off is at the original pickup location unless otherwise arranged.
What to expect
After a full safety briefing and gear fitting with professional river guides, descend into the Batoka Gorge and paddle through powerful high-water rapids, massive wave trains, and fast-flowing sections of the Zambezi River. Snacks and drinking water are carried on the raft, with breaks taken when safe.
After hiking out of the gorge, a well-earned lunch and drinks are served, before you are transferred back to your hotel in the afternoon.
