What to expect

On this relaxing Half Upper Zambezi Raft Float, you’ll drift along the calm, scenic waters of the Zambezi River, just upstream of Victoria Falls. This experience is perfect for families, beginners, and anyone looking for a peaceful river adventure surrounded by nature.
Gentle Rafting on the Upper Zambezi
You’ll board a stable inflatable raft and begin a slow, easy float along the quiet channels of the Zambezi. There are no big rapids in this section, making it a comfortable experience for all ages. You can paddle lightly or simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the views.

Wildlife & Birdlife Viewing

• Elephants drinking near the water
• Hippos resting in shallow pools
• Crocodiles basking on the banks
• A wide variety of birdlife, including kingfishers, herons, and African fish eagles

Your guide will point out animals and share stories and facts about the river and its ecosystem.
