Pick-up is provided from hotels and lodges within Livingstone town

Guests staying in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe will be picked up from their hotel or may be asked to meet at the Zimbabwe–Zambia border (Victoria Falls Bridge area) depending on location and border logistics

After all hotel pick-ups, guests are transferred directly to the rafting start point

Pick-up time and exact meeting details are reconfirmed one day before the activity

Important:

Guests staying in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe must carry a valid passport and appropriate visa to enter Zambia. Border clearance is required before proceeding to the rafting location.

If your hotel or lodge is outside the pick-up zone, you will be advised of the nearest meeting point in advance.

What to expect

After hotel pick-up from Livingstone, Zambia or Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, guests are transferred directly to the Zambezi River rafting start point.
Upon arrival, travelers are welcomed by professional, certified river guides who conduct a comprehensive safety briefing and provide all required rafting equipment, including helmets, life jackets, and paddles.
Guests then proceed on a guided walk down into the Batoka Gorge to access the river. This walk is scenic but steep and requires a moderate level of physical fitness.
Once at the river, guests board their raft and begin an exciting white water rafting experience on the Zambezi River. Working as a team under the guidance of experienced instructors, participants navigate a series of renowned Class III to Class V rapids, interspersed with calmer sections that allow time to relax and appreciate the surrounding gorge scenery.
After completing the rafting section, guests walk back up out of the gorge, where the river adventure concludes.
At the top of the gorge, guests are served lunch with refreshments, providing an opportunity to rest and reflect on the experience. Complimentary rafting photos and video footage are included,Drop off.
