Upon meeting our food scholar tour guide, we will share the complete list of products we will sample and inquire about any allergies you may have. Then, we will begin the tour by tasting traditional Colombian bread. You'll savor a selection of delicious bread made from corn and yucca flour, including buñuelos, pandebonos, and arepas, accompanied by Avena, a delightful sweet oat drink. Also, here you will get an idea of Colombia's agriculture and regional differences explained by our expert.
Next, we go to the top local empanada spot in La Candelaria. Here, you'll experience the authentic flavors of Bogotá's empanadas, filled with a delicious blend of mashed potatoes and shredded meat.
