What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Please meet at Lemo Beach Cafe promptly at 5:45 a.m. The meeting point is the very first cafe where the street (Jl. Duyung) comes to a dead-end at the beach. If you are facing the beach, it is on the left side, just past the motorcycle parking.
What to expect
5:45 a.m. – meet at meeting point
5:50 a.m. – walk approximately 3-5 minutes to practice location on the beach
5:50-6:00 a.m. - set up for practice
6:00-6:40 a.m. – yoga flow for all levels
6:40-7:00 a.m. – meditation & unique intention-setting task
The empowering flow for all levels takes place on the soft sands of Sanur Beach at sunrise, when sleepy Sanur wakes up looking her most stunning, bold, and beautiful.
The practice is sealed with a powerful promise ritual where you’ll compose a postcard to yourself.
This unique experience is like a mini-retreat and a great way to make your stay in Bali even more magical!

CLASS SIZE MINIMUM - a minimum of 4 participants is required; private sessions available upon request
BYOM – please bring your own mat, towel, or sarong to practice on
