After booking our customer care team will contact our guests through WhatsApp and we'll provide the pickup time 1-day before. The driver will be waiting at the hotel's reception at the pickup time.

- If you're pregnant in the 1st to 3rd month, massage is not allowed and will be replaced with extra hammam time. From the 4th to 9th month, the full program is allowed. Please inform us via WhatsApp after booking so we can make the necessary arrangements.
