Important Operational & Waiting Policies

• Complimentary 60-Minute Waiting Window: Your private transfer includes a generous, complimentary waiting time of 60 minutes starting from the moment your aircraft officially lands. This allows you ample time to clear customs, passport control, and collect your luggage without feeling rushed.
• Extended Waiting Time Option: Should you require additional time beyond the complimentary 60 minutes, you are welcome to coordinate directly with your chauffeur. Any extended waiting time requested will be accommodated smoothly at a rate of €1 per minute, payable directly to the chauffeur upon arrival at your destination.
• Passenger Location & Safety Protocol: In the rare event that contact is not established within the initial 60 minutes, our team will initiate an official airport paging announcement via the terminal loudspeakers to assist in locating you, and your chauffeur will remain at the Arrivals Zone for an additional 15 minutes.
• Concluding the Service: If no communication or appearance occurs within this total 75-minute window, the service will be respectfully concluded as a Traveler No-Show, and the vehicle will depart.
• 24/7 Connectivity: We kindly ask all travelers to utilize the 24/7 support line or WhatsApp contact provided in your booking voucher to update us live regarding any unexpected delays inside the terminal. Chauffeurs are fully bilingual in English and Greek and strictly adhere to a professional corporate dress code.
