What to expect
Arrival at MBJ (Sangster International Airport – Montego Bay):
After clearing Immigration and Customs, please exit the airport terminal using the first door on the right, located near the information/taxi desk.
Once outside, turn right and walk toward the Groovy Grouper Bar (just outside the terminal).
Look for the Fabulous Island Tours representative holding a sign with your name or company logo.
Present your booking confirmation or voucher to the representative.
You will then be escorted to your private vehicle for a smooth and comfortable transfer to your destination.
Note: If you are unable to locate your driver immediately, please remain near the Groovy Grouper Bar and contact us via the number provided in your confirmation email.
Hotel Pickup for Departure Transfers:
Your Fabulous Island Tours driver will meet you in the hotel lobby at the scheduled pickup time.
Please be ready 10 minutes prior to your confirmed pickup time.
For international flights, we typically schedule your pickup 2.5 to 3 hours before your departure time to ensure a stress-free check-in.
