With the help of your host and teacher Betty, you'll discover the unique flavors of local traditional Mexican cooking while learning about the traditional ways of cooking, culture and life in Mexico. As part of this class, you will visit our Hacienda Eco-Dome gardens, pick fresh herbs and vegetables to use for our dishes, and learn to cook the Mexican way.

MEET AT BIG WHITE DOMES! We meet @ Hacienda Eco-Domes in Las Lomas, Valle De Guadalupe. Take RUTA DEL VINO into our Valle (10 min). Pass traffic light, drive 3km, make right LAS LOMAS,. 2km make right Cocorit, make left Bacanora.
