Monitoring your flight:
On the day of your arrival, we will keep an eye on your flight monitoring to ensure that the service is provided on time. We will ensure that we keep in touch with you throughout the process, providing you with the necessary information about the meeting point and departure to take after collecting your luggage. In addition, we will alert you to sellers in ATA uniform who will try to offer you timeshares or tourist activities at low prices.

Exit instructions:
It is important that you correctly identify your terminal and the corresponding exit in order to board the transport. We will only be able to access the Pre-Contracted Services zone, which is the only exit enabled for this type of service. In the four terminals of the airport there is also the exit Family and Friends, but in that area we cannot enter to provide the service.

Domestic Terminal 2 : Next to the "Welcome Bar"
Terminal 3 : Near the bar "Margaritaville"
Terminal 4 : On the side of the "Welcome Bar"
All drivers will be identified with a small banner with their name, making it easier to locate them.

Final verification:
Before your transfer starts, we will send you a final message or call to make sure you are with the driver and confirm the name of your destination hotel.
