What to expect

Not only learning how to make ramen and gyoza, learn also about ingredients and Umami. We don’t make ramen noodles, gyoza wrappers and Char-Siu Pork from scratch because they take a lot more time than the class time, but the host make them with love in advance. They will be marinated with mixed soy sauce more than one day.
The highlights of this class are learning about umami from making dashi broth, and making your gyoza crispier. First of all in a class, we start making ramen broth since it takes time to get full of flavorful umami soup. Then let’s move to gyoza by cutting veggies. The most fun and difficult part of making gyoza is wrapping them with wrappers! To finish your ramen, enjoy topping with tender Char-Siu Pork and soy sauce marinated half boiled eggs!
We don’t use MSG. Natural umami from natural foods.
The Char-Siu Pork and half boiled eggs are prepared in advance by the host.
