Pick-up is available from all hotels, Nile cruise ships, and accommodations in Luxor. Pickup time is scheduled by the balloon company and usually takes place between 6:00 and 6:30 AM, depending on the location. After booking, passport copies and room number are required to obtain the necessary flight permission and ensure smooth arrangements. The exact pickup time will be confirmed on the evening before the tour
