Departure at 8:00 AM from your accomandation. Travel to Chocholow – a picturesque village in the Podhale region, known for its well-preserved traditional wooden architecture. The visit begins with a walk along the main street, lined with 19th-century highlander wooden houses, called "Chocholow cottages." The guide will share stories about the village’s history, architecture, and the unique tradition of scrubbing wooden walls before Easter. Next, we visit a local folk sculptor. Participants will see the artist's workshop, tools, and observe the woodcarving process. There will be an opportunity to ask questions, talk with the sculptor, and view finished works of art.

Join us for a relaxing 2-hour guided horseback riding tour through picturesque trails, lush forests, and open meadows surrounding the Tatra region. Next stop will take place in a traditional shepherd’s , where the famous oscypek cheese—a smoked sheep’s cheese—is made. Upon arrival, the guide will share the history and traditions of highlander cheesemaking, explaining the methods of oscypek production. A special part of the experience includes grilling oscypek cheese over an open fire, allowing participants to enjoy it warm and freshly cooked. Afterward, there will be a tasting of homemade traditional highlander spirit. This offers a unique insight into the local culture and flavors.
After the previous activities, we head to Zakopane — the vibrant mountain town known as the winter capital of Poland. Upon arrival, participants will have free time to explore the town at their own pace. You can stroll along Krupówki Street, famous for its shops, cafes, and lively atmosphere, or visit local markets to browse regional crafts and souvenirs. There is also an optional opportunity to take the cable car up to Gubałówka Hill, which offers stunning panoramic views of Zakopane and the Tatra Mountains. This free time allows for relaxing, shopping, or enjoying traditional highlander cuisine in one of the many restaurants. Afterward, we regroup to return to the meeting point, concluding the day with wonderful memories of the Tatra region.
The last highlight of the trip is a visit to the Chochołowskie Thermal Baths — the largest thermal complex in the Tatra region. Here, participants can relax and unwind in warm, mineral-rich waters surrounded by stunning mountain scenery. The baths offer various pools, saunas, and wellness facilities, perfect for refreshing after an active day. After the visit to the thermal baths, the guide will drive the participants back to their hotel in Kraków, ensuring a comfortable and convenient end to the trip. This final stop combines relaxation with natural beauty and a smooth return journey.
