What to expect

We begin the tour in this imposing monument to the memorial flag, inaugurated in 1930, is one of the most important civic symbols of Barranquilla.

We will tour the beautiful park, the founders with sculptures and shade spaces. We will talk about the origin of Barranquilla and the urbanization processes that they gave.

We will admire Monument to the Fallen Hero which is a sculpture erected in honor of the soldiers who gave their lives for the homeland.

We will continue to tour the neighborhood that is surrounded by stately houses, we will talk about the urban planning of the neighborhood.

We will visit the Callejones del Prado, where we will walk through its narrow streets, surrounded by leafy trees and elegant façade houses, where the most influential families of Barranquilla lived.

Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church An architectural gem of the neighborhood, we will talk about the importance of the church as a religious and cultural center of the area, we will give details of its Gothic style and the traditional celebrations that still congregate the community today.
