    Lago Argentino

The tour begins along the shore of Lake Argentino, which stands out as the largest lake in Argentina. The history of the place takes us back to the voyages of explorers such as Francisco Pascasio Moreno, who named the lake Argentino. As you climb the Punta Bonita cliff, you can appreciate its magnitude, the mountains of the Andes, and the landscape surrounding El Calafate.

We visit the archaeological site called Punta Walichu, where cave paintings made by the natives thousands of years ago can be seen on the walls of the caves. Through the interpretation of the paintings, you can understand the way of life and culture of the Tehuelche community. The visit ends in one of the caves, where we offer lunch or dinner with a view of Lake Argentino.
