    Dating back to 1888, Bodegas Santo Tomás is the oldest winery in Baja and the second oldest in all of Mexico, where you can sip a glass of wine, enjoy a guided tasting, or immerse yourself in their interactive tour—all while taking in the beautiful views of the valley.
