Join our hands-on class and master the art of Beef Curry Sheng Jian Bao, Shanghai’s pan-fried buns. Under the guidance of Dim Sum Chef Yin, you'll learn each step:

Filling Preparation: Begin by creating juicy beef curry filling, ensuring it’s flavorful but not too soupy.

Dough & Wrapper Making: Prepare the dough from scratch, then roll it into wrappers while learning proper techniques for texture and size.

Shaping & Cooking: Master the pleating technique for perfect Sheng Jian Bao. Then pan-fry them to achieve a golden, crispy base.

Tea & Tasting: Enjoy your freshly made buns with a serving of traditional Chinese tea.

In this 3-hour class, you’ll get a taste of Chinese cuisine and tea culture, while having fun creating your own delicious pan-fried buns!
