- If you miss your tour, you will need to purchase new entrance tickets directly at the Palace at your own expense. No refunds, compensation, or claims will be accepted for missed tours due to late arrival.
- Subject to availability, we may be able to accommodate you in the next group for an additional fee of €30 per adult. This fee covers the cost of purchasing new entry tickets for the revised time slot.
