We will end our tour on a sweet note with one of the most famous dishes of the rich Austrian dessert tradition: Kaiserschmarrn. This dessert looks like a “scrambled” light pancake, and it has a noble history! For the dinner tour, the Kaiserchmarrn may not always be available, but in that case you will have ample choice between all the delicious typical cakes.
