You will be transferred from your hotel to the beautiful Barranco neighborhood. While strolling through the colorful streets of Barranco, you will visit trendy and more traditional places where you can enjoy a traditional Peruvian breakfast and then continue to the district of Surquillo where you can visit the local market, a classic Lima market that offers a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, cuts of meat and fish.
Immerse yourself in the local gastronomy with a participatory class, learn how to prepare a Pisco Sour, the symbolic drink of the country, as well as the national flag dish: ceviche, a dish of raw fish or seafood cut into small pieces and put to marinate.
Finally, you will head to the Huaca Pucllana restaurant located in the Miraflores district within the complex of an adobe pyramid built by the original inhabitants of Lima more than 1500 years ago. Here, you will taste traditional dishes and desserts. At the end, you will be transferred to your hotel.
