Time-Saving: By pre-booking this service, you save valuable time and can start enjoying your Korean adventure right away. Luggage Policy: *Luggage Allowance: 5 pieces of standard-sized luggage. Larger bags will be considered as 2 pieces. *Standard Luggage Size: 66cm x 43cm x 29cm. *Capacity Limit: If the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle, the driver/operator has the right to refuse the reservation. What to expect
Advance Notification: The driver will contact you 20 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time to confirm the pick-up and provide the vehicle’s license plate number. Please keep your phone accessible.
Location Confirmation: Ensure that the pick-up location you provided is accurate. For those staying in an Airbnb or guest house, we strongly recommend sharing both the written address and a Google Maps link to avoid any confusion.

Arrival at Pick-Up Location: The driver will holding a name plate at the exact pick-up location you have provided. Be ready at the specified time to ensure a smooth and timely departure.
Assistance with Luggage: The driver will assist you in loading your luggage into the vehicle, ensuring everything is secure and ready for the journey.

Boarding the Vehicle: Once you’re settled in the vehicle, enjoy a comfortable and convenient ride to Incheon.
4. Luggage Policy
Luggage Allowance: 1 passenger 1 standard sized luggage

5. Travel Time Considerations:
For guests staying in downtown Seoul, we recommend scheduling your pick-up 1 hour before the airport's recommended arrival time (which is 3 hours before your flight).
If you are staying in Gangnam or during peak commute hours, it’s advisable to schedule the service 1.5 hours before the recommended arrival time to account for potential traffic delays.
The driver will take the best possible route based on real-time traffic updates, ensuring you arrive at the airport on time. Driver will drop you off directly at the departure terminal for your airline, ensuring you’re conveniently close to the check-in area.
