What sets this experience apart is the person pouring your wine. Your host is an elite sommelier who has served on the jury of international wine competitions, including the prestigious Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, as well as the Best Sommelier of Romania and Best Sommelier of Europe contests.
Every wine is carefully selected from local Romanian producers, many rarely found outside the country, and paired with a three-course dinner prepared by a professional chef. The pairings are the heart of the evening: each dish is chosen to match its wine, creating combinations that are as surprising as they are delicious.
Along the way, your sommelier brings Romania to the table, with stories about its history and geography and how they shaped its wines. A rare chance to discover Romanian food and wine through the eyes of a true expert.

What to expect
You’ll taste four carefully selected Romanian wines (two whites, a rosé and a red), paired with a three-course dinner prepared by a professionally trained chef.

For each wine, he’ll explain where it comes from, what makes the grape unique and why it works with the dish in front of you, without any wine jargon. Along the way, he may share stories about Romania’s history and geography.
