Our culinary odyssey begins with a celebration of local recipes and the freshest ingredients plucked straight from our bountiful garden. Uncover traditional cooking methods and become skilled in preparing the most cherished Greek recipes. The crackle of the fire and the scent of local ingredients combine to create an unforgettable sensory “empeiria” (experience). As your creations simmer to perfection, take a leisurely tour to the nearby Kouros of Melanes statue. Following a delightful lunch with local wine, immerse yourself in the authentic sounds of Naxian culture with live traditional music featuring the enchanting melodies of the violin and lute. The experience is not wheelchair accessible as there is 3 min easy hiking downhill to reach the farm.
