What to expect

Please contact us and specify all the information required for the transfer service: pick-up time and place, your flight details. Also specify the address of your destination in Milano.
We will also need information on the number of passengers, if there are children and, if yes, their age, and information about the luggage you bring with you (number of bags, size). If you bring your pets with you, we can carry them only if they are inside of a closed carrier.
Meet our driver inside the Arrivals area. Please be punctual and contact us should you have any issues (delays after landing like passport control, lost luggage etc) in reaching the pick-up point on time. The maximum waiting time will be 1 hour. If the flight delays more than two hours compared to the estimated time of arrival, the service will be considered completed and the driver will leave.
Then, you will only have to sit back and enjoy the comfortable ride to Milan in our vehicle. In case you are thirsty, there are water bottles available that you can use freely.
It is not permitted to: eat food inside of the vehicle, smoke and vape.
We will drive you directly at your chosen destination in Milano. Enjoy!
