Your driver will arrive about 5 minutes early at your selected pick-up address. No need to call in advance – our drivers have your phone number and will reach out if needed. If external factors (traffic, road closures, weather) require it, we reserve the right to adjust the pick-up time; any change will be consulted and agreed with you first.
