What to expect

We'll work closely with you to create a custom menu that suits your taste and dietary needs. I'll transform your space into a culinary stage, using fresh local ingredients and a portable oven. Let's set the mood with music, adding a touch of soul to your event.

I'll handle everything from transporting ingredients and equipment to setting up a stylish workspace. Cleanup and restoration are on me too.

Guest engagement is key! Everyone will love joining in my pizza-making demo and having a blast with our special dough frisbee.

Start with a selection of delicious appetizers and refreshing Prosecco. Then, savor a tasting menu of crispy Tuscan pizzas. Finish with dancing, Vin Santo (a sweet Tuscan dessert wine), and Cantuccini (traditional biscuits made with my family recipe).
