CONFIRMATION: We will send you an email confirming your pick-up time and location the day before your tour. If you receive a message from Viator showing a different pick-up address from what you entered, please disregard it. MEETING POINT: Meet at Hilo Bayfront Beach Park. There are several parking areas — please meet us in the parking lot directly next to the main road, Kamehameha Avenue. CRUISE SHIP VISITORS: Upon your arrival at the Port of Hilo, our tour guide will greet you inside of the cruise ship terminal with our company badge on the door. OTHER PICK-UP LOCATIONS: We will arrive at your specified location in a white, 15-passenger Ford Transit van with our company name decal on the side door. Please be advised we cannot pick up guests from the Hilo airport at this time, but we do provide drop off.

Rainbow Falls is named after the colorful rainbows that appear in the mists of its waters. Signs in the viewing area relate some interesting historical facts about the waterfall, as well as the legend of the “Battle of the Wailuku River”.
