Please be ready at your hotel reception at the scheduled pickup time. Our driver will meet you there and confirm your room number before departure. Pickup is available from all hotels in Hurghada. Guests staying in El Gouna, Safaga, Sahl Hasheesh, or Makadi Bay may be subject to a small additional transfer fee. As this is a small-group tour, pickup times may vary slightly depending on the locations of other travelers. We’ll send you the exact pickup time one evening before your trip. Please remember to bring your passport (required for the journey to Cairo), comfortable clothing, sunglasses, a hat, and plenty of water.
