* Arrival at Montego Bay Airport (MBJ)
Upon arrival, guests proceed through immigration and baggage claim. Approximately 30 minutes after landing, a professional driver will meet them in the arrival hall holding a Thomas Explora Tours sign with the guest’s name.
* Airport to Hotel Transfer (One-Way or Round-Trip)
Guests are escorted to a private, air-conditioned vehicle for a direct transfer to their RIU Montego Bay hotel. No shared rides or unnecessary stops.
Hotel Pickup for Return Transfer (Round-Trip Guests)
For round-trip bookings, pickup time from the hotel is confirmed in advance, based on flight departure time. The driver arrives on time for a smooth return to the airport.
* Drop-Off
Guests are dropped off directly at their RIU hotel or MBJ airport, depending on the selected service, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and stress-free experience from start to finish.
