Depending on where you are located, we will confirm whether we can reach your hotel or that you arrive at a nearby pick-up point. Our guide will be locating them and will explain the tour. Pick-up times are from 8 am to 9 am depending on where your hotel is located. Our customer service team will contact you to finalize details of the experience and resolve any questions you may have.

There are statues of two horses called Los Pegasos on the pier, get to that point and the guide will meet you, he will be wearing a black uniform. We will contact you via WhatsApp to send you the location on the map of the meeting point and the image of the statue so you can better locate it.

    Pick up within the city is approximately one hour, we will contact you to confirm the pick up time at your hotel. From there we will depart to Baru Island.
