If you booked the 12PM party please arrive 11 AM for check in, if you booked the 4PM party please arrive at 3:15PM (4PM party only is available during certain times of the year) at the Caribbean Carnival Pier at Playa Tortugas Ferry terminal, Blvd. Kukulcan km 6.5 Zona Hotelera Cancun. Be on time
