Customers may only select the pickup point corresponding to the start time they choose when initially booking.
For Mount Royal Hotel Pick-up, please do not wait at the hotel lobby or at the bus stop along Banff Avenue. Please proceed to the commercial bus terminal parking lot behind the hotel's car park.
For Samesun and Red Carpet Inn, please do wait at the lobby. Please proceed to the bus loading zone between the two accommodations.
