Meeting and pickup
The driver will meet & greet you upon your arrival.
A driver will be waiting for you at the airport arrival area and will communicate with you via phone call/text or through the 'WhatsApp' application to make your experience as smooth as possible.
To ensure a smooth and comfortable ride, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance about the number and size of your luggage.
Sedan vehicles can accommodate up to 3 standard check-in suitcases and 1 carry-on.
Estate vehicles (station wagons) can hold up to 4 check-in suitcases, or 3 check-in suitcases and 1 carry-on, or 2 check-in and 2 carry-ons.
If your luggage exceeds these limits, we recommend upgrading to a van to ensure sufficient space and comfort.
We monitor your flights for any delays and adjust the complimentary waiting time for your convenience.
