Meeting and pickup
Enjoy a smooth and stress-free private transfer from Athens International Airport directly to your hotel, Airbnb or accommodation in Athens.
Your professional English-speaking driver will meet you in the arrivals hall after baggage claim, holding a sign with your name. The driver will assist with your luggage and, if necessary, contact you by phone or WhatsApp to ensure an easy pickup.
The driver will arrive according to the pickup time selected in your booking. Your flight details help us monitor delays, but an earlier flight arrival does not automatically move a later selected pickup time forward.
Vehicle assignment is based on the number of passengers booked:
• 1–3 passengers: Sedan or estate vehicle
• 4–7 passengers: Van
Luggage capacity:
• Sedan/Estate: Up to 4 standard check-in suitcases, or 3 check-in suitcases and 1 carry-on, or 2 check-in suitcases and 2 carry-ons.
• Van: Up to 7 pieces of luggage in total, including carry-ons.
If 1–3 passengers are travelling with luggage exceeding the sedan/estate capacity, please select at least 4 passengers when booking so that a van is assigned.
Please provide the number and approximate size of all luggage items. Adding luggage details to the booking notes does not automatically upgrade the assigned vehicle. Vehicle changes requested after booking are subject to availability, and same-day upgrades cannot be guaranteed.
