Vehicle & Luggage Capacity
Sedan / Estate: suitable for up to 3 passengers with luggage within the vehicle capacity.
Van: required for more than 3 passengers or when your luggage exceeds the Sedan / Estate capacity.
If you are travelling with up to 3 passengers but have more luggage than a Sedan / Estate can accommodate, please select 4 passengers when booking so that a van is assigned.
For example, **2 passengers with 6 pieces of luggage should select 4 passengers** to receive a van.
If you are unsure which option to select, please contact us before booking.
Bookings for up to 3 passengers with up to 3 suitcases are assigned a sedan or estate vehicle.
If you have more passengers or more luggage, a van is required. Please select a higher passenger number if you are carrying additional luggage.
If your luggage exceeds the capacity of your selected vehicle, we recommend to send us a message for upgrading to a larger vehicle to ensure sufficient space and maximum comfort during your transfer.

• Estate vehicles (station wagons) can accommodate up to 4 standard check-in suitcases, or 3 check-in suitcases and 1 carry-on bag, or 2 check-in suitcases and 2 carry-on bags.
• Van vehicles can accommodate up to 7 pieces of luggage, including carry-ons.
