Unlike tourist restaurants, a huarique is a simple place, full of history and flavor, where the culinary tradition is kept alive.
In the picturesque neighborhood of La Medalla Milagrosa, in Magdalena del Mar, you will learn to prepare Peruvian ceviche with fresh ingredients and to make the traditional drink, Pisco Sour, sharing a close, cultural experience full of local identity.
