The pick-up address must be a hotel within the Shanghai city area or Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG), Terminal 1 (T1) or Terminal 2 (T2). If the pick-up address is outside the Shanghai metropolitan area, an additional fee will apply.

What to expect

1. Booking:
Select your Direction (To Airport / To Hotel) and Vehicle Type.
(Note: If you need a Child Seat, please mention it in the "Special Requirements" or message us to arrange payment).
2. 24 Hours Before:
Our team will send you the driver's details and meeting point photo via message.
3. The Pickup:
From Airport (PVG): Look for your driver holding a Name Sign right at the Arrival Hall Exit (inside the terminal).
From Hotel: Your driver will wait at the Hotel Lobby 15 minutes early.
4. The Ride:
Sit back and relax.
Route: Direct transfer via highway (All tolls included).
Duration: Approx. 45-60 minutes to downtown.
5. Drop-off:
Driver assists with luggage at your hotel entrance or the airport departure gate.
