What's Included
Meeting and pickup
The pick-up address must be a hotel within the Shanghai Disney/ Chuansha area or Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG), Terminal 1 (T1) or Terminal 2 (T2). If the pick-up address is outside the Shanghai Disney/ Chuansha Area, an additional fee will apply.
What to expect
1. Booking:
Select your Direction (To Disney Area / To PVG Airport) and Vehicle Type based on your group size.
(Note: Traveling with kids? Child Seats are available for an extra charge. Please mention it in "Special Requirements" or message us to arrange payment).
2. 24 Hours Before:
Our support team will send you the driver's details and a meeting point photo via message/WhatsApp/WeChat to ensure a smooth connection.
3. The Pickup:
From Airport (PVG): Look for your driver holding a Name Sign right at the Arrival Hall Exit (inside the terminal). We track your flight and wait 60 minutes for free.
From Disney Hotel: Your driver will wait at the Hotel Lobby at the scheduled time.
4. The Ride:
Sit back and relax in a comfortable Mercedes-Benz.
Route: Direct transfer via highway to Shanghai Disney Resort area or Chuansha.
Duration: Approximately 30-50 minutes depending on traffic and your specific hotel location. (Much faster than public transport or shuttle buses).
5. Drop-off:
Driver assists with luggage at your hotel entrance or the airport departure gate.
