Meeting and pickup
The pick-up address must be Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG), Terminal 1 (T1) or Terminal 2 (T2), Shanghai Railway Station (Main Station). If the pick-up address is outside these specific transport hubs, an additional fee will apply.
What to expect
Booking:
Select your Direction (To Train Station or To PVG Airport) and Vehicle Type based on your group size.
(Note: Traveling with kids? Child Seats are available for an extra charge. Please mention it in "Special Requirements" or message us to arrange payment).
. 24 Hours Before:
Your support team will send you the driver's details via message or WhatsApp or WeChat to ensure a smooth connection.
The Pickup:
From Airport (PVG): Look for your driver holding a Name Sign right at the Arrival Hall Exit (inside the terminal). We track your flight and wait 60 minutes for free after landing.
From Train Station: Your driver will contact you to coordinate the exact meeting point (usually a designated parking zone near the arrival exit) or wait at the specific location agreed upon in advance.
The Ride:
Sit back and relax in a comfortable Mercedes-Benz.
Route: Direct transfer via highway to Shanghai Hongqiao Station or Shanghai Railway Station (Downtown).
Duration: Approximately 60-80 minutes depending on traffic and the specific station location. (Much easier than navigating the metro system with heavy luggage).

Driver assists with luggage at the station departure level entrance or the airport departure gate.
