Meeting and pickup
For a smooth and enjoyable experience, please provide the following details:
1. Arrival & Departure Information: Flight details for both arrival and departure.
2. Guest Names: Each person’s name for accurate arrangements.
3. Special Occasions: Let us know if you’re celebrating anything special.
4. Group Name: This will be used for the meet & greet sign at the pickup point (arrival).
Important: Communication is essential, especially for your arrival, to ensure we connect easily.
Departure Reminder: The government requires that visitors arrive at the airport 3 hours before flight time. Please add 20-30 minutes for transportation to the airport.
If you’d like to make any stops (shopping, dispensary, food, or other requests) on the way, feel free to notify me in advance.
Round Trip: For arrival you will get picked from from the airport and transferred to your hotel…. On your Departure date you will get picked up from your hotel lobby and transferred to the airport.
What to expect
1). Please provide a group name so I can create a personalized meet & greet name sign.
2). Ensure your phone has data service upon arrival so we can easily connect.
3). After clearing customs and immigration, take the first exit on the right (between Island Car and Budget Car Rental). Keep right, and I’ll be there holding your name sign to greet you.
