  • Castle Junction (Pass by)

    On the way, we will drive by Castle Mountain and admire its castle-like cliffs. We will also pass through Kicking Horse Pass, enjoying the breathtaking mountain views as we enter the park.

    Emerald Lake

    Emerald Lake is a beautiful glacier-fed lake located in Yoho National Park. It is famous for its bright emerald-green water, which gets its color from fine glacial silt reflecting sunlight. Surrounded by mountains and forests, the lake offers stunning natural scenery. Visitors can enjoy activities such as hiking along the easy lakeside trail, canoeing on the calm waters, taking photographs, watching wildlife, and during winter, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. It is one of the most peaceful and scenic destinations in the Canadian Rockies.

    After visiting Emerald Lake, we will head to the **Natural Bridge** in Yoho National Park. There, we will see the Kicking Horse River flowing through the rock formation, creating a natural bridge. We will take some time to admire the rushing turquoise water and take photos. It’s a short but fascinating stop before we continue exploring the park.

    Takakkaw Falls

    After visiting the Natural Bridge, we will go to Takkakaw Falls in Yoho National Park. We will see one of Canada’s tallest waterfalls, with water plunging dramatically from the mountains. We will walk to the viewing area to feel the mist and take photos of the stunning scenery. We should keep in mind that Takkakaw Falls is open for a short period each year- opens only from June 15 to Oct 15

    Moraine Lake Rockpile Trail

    (Moraine lake access from June 1st to Oct 14th only) We will head to Moraine Lake, famous for its stunning turquoise water and the Valley of the Ten Peaks. We will take in the breathtaking views, walk along the lakeshore, and visit the **Rockpile**, which is the best spot for panoramic photos of the lake and surrounding mountains. The **new 2026 entry fee of $170 per vehicle is included** in our tour, so you can enjoy the lake and Rockpile without any extra cost.     After lunch at Lake Louise Village, we will visit **Lake Louise**, one of the most iconic lakes in the Canadian Rockies. We will see its stunning turquoise waters surrounded by towering mountains and the famous Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. We can take a walk along the lakeshore, enjoy the scenery, and take photos. For those who wish, there is also an option to rent a canoe and paddle on the lake (rental cost is not included). It’s a perfect spot to relax and soak in the beauty of the Rockies.

    On the way back to Banff, we will stop at **Bow Falls**, a wide and powerful waterfall on the Bow River.
