    Explore the natural beauty of Karura Forest on a guided hike or bike tour. Learn about the different species of trees and birds, as well as the sights and sounds of the park. Visit the waterfalls, the caves, and see the riparian site. Start your tour with a morning pickup at 8:00 AM from your hotel in Nairobi. On arrival, enter the Karura Forest and begin your hiking or biking experience. Your guide will explain the different species of trees and birds, as well as the sights and sounds of the park. Visit the waterfalls, the caves, and see the riparian site. There are enough walking trails with superb sceneries to marvel at. The trails vary from fifteen kilometers, ten kilometers, and five kilometers. The Forest also has a biking trail that is 12 kilometers long. The biking trails and walking trails lead you through green forest areas, waterfalls, caves, and streams. The trails are clearly marked and color-coded by length. There are numerous picnic benches within.
