Some hotels, resorts, or private complexes do not allow tour vehicles to enter their facilities. When this applies, pickup will be scheduled at the nearest available entrance or authorized access point.
Certain accommodations may be located in areas where access is limited due to narrow streets, alleys, damaged roads, blocked routes, or security restrictions. In these cases, the closest practical pickup point will be assigned.
Pickup time depends on your hotel, meeting point, and selected activity schedule. Estimated pickup windows are:
9:00 AM activity schedule
- Cancun: 7:00 AM to 8:50 AM
- Puerto Morelos: 8:15 AM to 8:55 AM
1:00 PM activity schedule
- Cancun: 11:00 AM to 12:50 PM
- Puerto Morelos: 12:00 PM to 12:55 PM
The time selected when booking refers to the start time of the activities, not your pickup time.
If your hotel does not appear on the pickup list, please contact us so we can confirm whether pickup is available there or indicate the nearest possible meeting point.
One day before your excursion, we will send a final confirmation message to the contact information provided in your reservation with your exact pickup time and assigned pickup location.
What to expect
The first main activity is the ATV ride through off-road jungle trails. This part of the experience brings the strongest adrenaline of the day, with dusty paths, turns, natural surroundings, and the feeling of exploring Cancun’s wilder side from behind the wheel.
After the ATV circuit, travelers will continue with 4 zip lines and 1 hanging bridge. This section adds height, movement, and scenic views of the jungle environment, creating a fun balance between excitement and outdoor nature.
The adventure then shifts into a refreshing moment at the cavern cenote. After the speed and height of the previous activities, guests can swim in natural freshwater and enjoy the jumping platform, making the cenote one of the most memorable stops within the park.
To finish, travelers will have time to unwind in the rest area, where chairs and hammocks offer a calm ending after the ATV ride, zip lines, bridge crossing, and cenote swim.
