After leaving the terminal, look for your assigned driver in the designated arrivals area near Margaritaville or the Welcome Bar. Your name will be displayed on a personalized welcome sign. To make the meeting even easier, we will also send you a photo showing both the sign and the exact place where the driver is waiting, using the contact details registered with your reservation.
Once you meet our team, your luggage will be assisted with and you will continue directly to your accommodation in a private vehicle.
This specific transfer option is intended only for properties located within Puerto Morelos.
Travelers staying outside these zones should select the transfer product created for the area where their hotel or accommodation is located.
Your private transfer ends directly at the Puerto Morelos hotel or accommodation you're staying. Service is available for properties located in downtown Puerto Morelos, the urban area, and the Hotel Zone. Just provide the name or address of your accommodation when booking, and our team will organize the ride accordingly.
What to expect
While you are flying to Cancun, our operations team follows your flight status so we can coordinate your reception according to the actual arrival. At the airport, your assigned driver will be waiting in the arrivals area near Margaritaville or the Welcome Bar with a personalized sign displaying your name. We will also send you a photo and location reference through the contact information registered in your booking.
After meeting the driver, you will receive assistance with your luggage before continuing to your accommodation in a private vehicle. There are no shared rides or unnecessary stops, allowing you to simply settle in and enjoy a comfortable journey after your flight.
Upon reaching your hotel or accommodation, our driver will help unload your belongings and make sure nothing has been left inside the vehicle.
