1. Variable Timing: Please be ready and waiting at your designated pick-up location 10 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. Due to the nature of group tours, traffic, and multiple stops, your final pick-up time may change. Any adjustment to your scheduled time will be sent to you prior to the day of the tour. Please be patient as your guide may be picking up guests prior to you and may encounter unforeseen delays or traffic. We will contact you immediately if there are any significant delays picking you up. 2. Meeting Location: Waiting locations are different for every hotel and complex. Please contact us directly for specific meeting location details at your accommodation (e.g., lobby, bell desk, or specific curbside area). Your guide will be driving a Mercedes Sprinter Van in either black or white. 3. Punctuality: We regret that we cannot wait if a guest is not on time, as this impacts the itinerary for the entire group. We will do our best to locate and collect the guests, however, if the guest is not on time, the tour will depart, and the booking may be subject to cancellation without refund.
