To ensure a smooth and timely start to your personalized experience, please be ready at your confirmed pickup location at least 15 minutes prior to your confirmed pickup time. Convenient Island-Wide Pickup: We offer complimentary private pickup from most accommodations, ports, and airports across the entire Big Island of Hawaii. This includes: -Airports: Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport at Keāhole (KOA) and Hilo International Airport (ITO). -Cruise Ports: Hilo Cruise Port and Kona Pier (tender port). -General Locations: Kona, Kohala Coast, Waikoloa, Hilo, and Volcano Village areas. Accessibility for Sprinter Vans: Pickups are available from all locations on the Big Island that are easily accessible for our 12-15 passenger Mercedes Sprinter vans. If your requested location is not accessible by our vehicle, we will coordinate the closest, most convenient alternative pickup spot possible.
