The serene garden of Mosaic Art Greece is situated in the historic City of Sparta. You take a moment to appreciate the surroundings—lush greenery intertwines with an exhibit of mosaic art displayed throughout the garden. Within a few steps is the imposing statue of Leonidas and Ancient Sparta. Designs will be from ancient geometric patterns that still exist in Sparta . As you create your mosaic, you feel yourself drawn deeper into the legacy of ancient Sparta imagining the fierce warriors once trained rigorously in these very lands, their spirits echoing through time. As your mosaic comes together, you reflect on the connection between art and history. The garden around you, once serene, fills with the distant sounds of laughter and conversation from other visitors exploring the grounds.
In this oasis, you will have created a mosaic celebrating the legacy of one of the most legendary cities of the ancient world.

Mosaic Art Greece is a studio/garden a stones throw away from the statute of King Leonidas and Ancient Sparta.
What to expect
During the workshop, you’ll discover how the art of mosaics has evolved over the centuries and how to creatively combine different materials and colors to craft your own stunning piece using natural stone fragments. Don’t worry if you’re a beginner—the session is designed for all skill levels, and our experienced instructor will provide hands-on, personalized attention to guide you through the process.
You’ll have access to all the necessary supplies, including materials, bases, glue, color tints, tools, and patterns inspired by actual mosaics from Sparta. By the end of the workshop, you’ll not only gain newfound skills but also leave with a unique mosaic souvenir that you created yourself, ready to take home and cherish.
